Band Together 2019
Time & Location
About the Event
Band Together is back for their second year, further expanding on their last event which asked the audience to question how they can each be better bystanders and allies while we fight to end gendered violence, harassment and inequality in the music industry.
This year we ask: How can our venues and event organizers help to set a precedent which creates safe spaces and help put a stop to sexist culture in music?
Don’t miss this years panelists, Trina Massey (DJ Black Amex), Thomas Parer (Shandy Parties), Raymond Williams (Junglelove) & Tyla Dombroski (Crowbar Owner), led by facilitator Angela Salmut (QMusic), as they dive into discussion about venue safety, sexism in the industry, and how we can all play a role in dismantling gendered injustice.
Bands joining us this year are CNT EVN, Lexicon & WHALEHOUSE.
All proceeds with be donated to BRISSC:
